Ingredients:
coarse kosher salt
1 lemon, rind and juice
½ c. tequila
¼ c. Cointreau
1 tbsp. agave syrup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Juice the lemon and keep ½ of the rind to run over the glass rim. Dip the glass rim into a pile of kosher salt. Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add tequila to ice (you can let it sit in the shaker with ice for a bit to get some melt). Add Cointreau and ⅛ cup lemon juice. For a sweeter flavor, add agave syrup. Shake once and pour into salted glass, garnish with lemon (or lime) wedge and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Tequila is the main ingredient so use the good stuff, 100% blue agave. We like Don Julio Anejo.
