Ingredients:
Coarse kosher salt
One lemon
Good tequila (this is the main ingredient, so use the good stuff, 100% blue agave. We like Don Julio Anejo)
Cointreau
1 Tbsp Agave Syrup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe is for one individual serving. Juice the lemon and keep one half of the lemon rind to run over the glass rim. Dip the glass rim into a pile of kosher salt. Fill a shaker half-way with ice. Add 1/2 cup of Tequila to ice (you can let it sit in the shaker with ice for a bit to get some melt.) Add 1/4 cup Cointreau and 1/8 cup lemon juice. For a sweeter flavor, add a tablespoon of Agave Syrup as well. Shake once and pour into salted glass, garnish with lemon (or lime) wedge and enjoy!
