1 19-ounce package Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
8- to 12-ounces salted peanuts
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butter
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9x13 pan. Spread softened ice cream over crumbs and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze. Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan, heat until melted and simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Pour over dessert and freeze firm. Soften at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Cut into 2- or 3-inch squares. Serves 18 to 20.
