For the Crust:
19 oz. package Oreo cookies, crushed
½ c. butter, melted

For the Filling:
½ gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
8 to 12 oz. salted peanuts

For the Topping:
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butter
13 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the Oreos. Combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Spread softened ice cream over crumbs and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan, heat until melted and let simmer for 10 minutes. Cool. Pour over dessert and freeze until firm. Soften at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Cut into 2- or 3-inch squares.
