1 package frozen tater tots
1 tsp. onion or garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
1 c. shredded cheddar jack cheese
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, milk, salt, pepper and garlic/onion powder. Set aside. Grease a rectangular glass baking dish with pan spray. Pour the tater tots into the dish. Top with sausage, egg mixture and cheese. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes to one hour. When a fork is inserted into center of casserole it should come out clean. Cut into squares.

1 cup crumbled bacon can be substituted for sausage.
Serve with hot sauce or ketchup!
