1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple slices
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
5 maraschino cherries
1/3 c. butter
¾ c. light brown sugar
3 tsp. curry powder


Directions:
Directions:
Start heating oven to 325 degrees. Drain fruit, dry well on paper towels, arrange in shallow baking dish. In a small saucepan, melt butter, add brown sugar and curry powder. Stir until smooth and spoon on top of fruit. Bake uncovered for 2 hours. Serves 12.
