2 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ c. chopped celery
½ c. chopped onion
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ c. mayonnaise
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
½ c. cracker crumbs
½ c. crushed potato chips


Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Mix and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle top with potato chips. Place in preheated oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
