Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 stick oleo or butter
1 c. long grain rice
1 small can mushrooms
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans beef consommé


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add other ingredients. Cook in a covered casserole dish for approximately 1 hour in a moderate oven. Stir occasionally during first part of cooking time. If preferred, rice may be browned in butter and then cooked in the same manner as above.
