1-1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger meat
2 small onions, chopped

Drain excess fat. Add:

1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1-1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Simmer 20 minutes. Cook macaroni from 1 box Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner according to directions on box. Drain. Place half of cooked macaroni in bottom of greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Cover with meat mixture, then remaining macaroni. Pour sauce over top and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

Sauce Topping:
Mix cheese in package with 2 cups milk in saucepan, cook over low heat until smooth. Add eggs, cooking until slightly thickened and creamy.
