1 lb. summer squash, boiled (do not drain)
c. green pepper, chopped
stick margarine
c. onion
1 Tbsp. sugar
c. grated cheese
c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees, then top with cracker or bread crumbs and bake until brown.
