2 c. boiled, diced chicken
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. grated onion
1 can cream of celery soup
c. mayonnaise
tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 small jar of pimiento, drained
1 small jar mushrooms, drained
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients and put mixture in casserole dish. Put cup Ritz cracker crumbs on top and bake 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees. Casserole may be frozen.
