Orange Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

Marinade:
½-1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 c. Yoshida's teriyaki sauce
1 c. orange juice
6 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar

4-6 cubed chicken breasts cubed.

Optional:
lg can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 can bamboo shoots
2 T. toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in sauce for 30min to 3 hours. Spoon chicken and about ½ c. marinade into hot skillet and brown until cooked through. After chicken is fully cooked, add cornstarch/water mixture (1T corn starch and ¼ c cold water) until desired consistency. Add oranges, sesame seeds and or bamboo shoots and serve over rice.
