3 c. milk, scalded
2 ½ c. sugar
10 eggs
3 pkgs. quick rising yeast
rind and juice of 1 orange & 1 lemon
2 tsp. vanilla
flour to make a soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yeast as directed on package. Scald milk, remove from heat and add butter. Beat eggs well, add remaining ingredients and knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Let rise about an hour, punch down and let rise until double in bulk. Shape into loaves and place in greased bread pans, fill each ⅓ full. Let rise until light. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 min.
