1-1/2 to 2 pt. cut up squash
1 medium onion, chopped
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. bread crumbs (3 slices put through blender)


Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper until tender, drain well. Mash or put in blender, add butter and eggs. Put in greased casserole, sprinkle with cheese, top with bread crumbs. Cover and cook in preheated 350 degree oven about 45 minutes.
