1 pkg. squash
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 large pkg. French fried onion rings
Bread crumbs
Butter or oleo


Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender, drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grease casserole dish with butter. Place layer of squash, later of cheese, later of onion rings, cut in pieces, later of mushroom soup. Keep adding layers until casserole is filled. Top with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake at 35o degrees until mixture is bubbly.
