1 hen, cooked
6 lb. beef, cooked
6 lb. pork, cooked
3 lb. onion
5 or 6 lb. potatoes, creamed
1 gal. corn
1 gal. tomatoes
1 large barbecue sauce
4 large catsup
Hot sauce
Cinnamon
Nutmeg (scant)
Allspice
Cloves (scant)
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Black pepper (Tbsp. or more)

Chop hen, beef and pork into small pieces, cook potatoes and cream. Chop onions and combine all ingredients and simmer until done.
