2 lb. ground beef
2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 green peppers, diced
2 medium onions, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 (No. 2) cans kidney beans, drained
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper

Brown meat, then add other ingredients, cover and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Remove garlic, season to taste. Serve with rice.
