3/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk*
1/2 c. shortening (melted)
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix molasses, sugar, and sour milk. Add melted shortening and dry ingredients. Chill dough for 1 hour or longer. Roll on floured surface to 1/3" thickness. Cut with cookie cutters and bake in 350 oven for about 15 minutes.
