Canned Spaghetti Sause Recipe

Bushel tomatoes, pealed and cored
3 lbs, onions
2 jalapeno peppers
6-8 banana peppers
6-8 green bell peppers
2 cloves garlic

puree all ingredients in food processor until fine.
Place into roaster and add:
1 c. sugar
c. salt
2 T. parsley
2 T. basil
2 T. oregano
2 T. black pepper
8- 6 oz. cans of tomato paste

Mix well and cook in roaster at 350 for 6-8 hours, skimming off water and keeping stirred during cooking time.
Hot seal in canning jars.
