½ c. butter
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
1 egg
⅓ c. peanut butter
½ t. baking soda
¼ t. salt
½ t. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and spread into bottom of a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
Take out and top with ¾ c. chocolate chips while warm and let melt then spread to cover.
Let cool.
Then frost with Peanut Butter icing:

Peanut Butter Icing:
½ c. powder sugar
¼ t. peanut butter
2-3 t. milk

Once frosted cut into finger like pieces.
