Rhubarb Crumble Recipe

1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 T cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter until well crumbled. Press half of the mixture onto bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until clear. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Stir in rhubarb. Pour over bottom crust in pan. . Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
