2 sticks oleo
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 egg whites, whipped
2 c. confectioners’ sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
5 bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 bottle cherries
Cool Whip


Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 stick oleo and the graham cracker crumbs. Place in layer on bottom of 13x9x2 inch dish as first layer. Mix for 15 minutes with mixer 1 stick oleo, egg whites and confectioners’ sugar. Spread on top of first layer in dish. Use the slices from the 5 bananas and crushed pineapple, well drained, as the third layer. Sprinkle nuts on top of this. Cover with cherries and add Cool Whip as topping. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
