Dissolve 1 pkg. lime gelatin in 1 c. hot water, chill. Add:
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 lemons, juice and a little rind
1 qt. milk
2 limes (juice)

Beat in beater bowl for 2 minutes. Pour into freezing trays and freeze, stirring occasionally.
