1 dozen eggs
2-1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour or 1-1/2 self-rising flour
2 (14 oz.) cans condensed milk
½ gal. milk plus 2 c.
2-3 tsp. vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs, beat yolks. Add sugar, flour and mix well. Add condensed milk and ½ gallon plus 2 cups milk, stir well. Beat egg white until holds soft peaks. Fold into mixture, add vanilla. Pour into 6 quart freezer and freeze. Serve and enjoy.
