2 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson oil (preferably)
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt


Directions:
Directions:
Mix with fork. Beat eggs, add oil, and beat. Add sugar and vanilla, then flour, baking powder and salt. Drop on cookie sheet with spoon. With oil covered glass bottom, dip sugar and press each cookie before baking. Good after school treat.
