1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant Jello pudding
¾ c. LaRosa plain sherry
¾ c. Wesson oil
5 eggs


Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix and pudding, add sherry and oil and blend in mixer. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat on high for 10 minutes, cook at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.

Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
¼ c. sherry

Put on 1/3 immediately while cake is in pan and you’re removing from oven. Wait 15 minutes turn cake out and put on remainder of glaze.
