3 slices center cut bacon, cut into pieces
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup cooked rice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup peas
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-cook bacon and crumble. Leave bacon dripping in wok, add onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add rice and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, water, peas, and bacon to pan; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Push rice mixture to the sides of the wok and add eggs. Cook, stirring and slowly add in the rice to the eggs for 4 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
