1 stick butter and 1 c. sugar, creamed
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 large can Hershey syrup
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, broken
Directions:
Directions:
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Chocolate Icing:
2 c. sugar
½ c. Karo syrup
½ c. milk
½ c. shortening
2 sq. chocolate
½ tsp. salt

Boil 1 minute. Take off and beat, add vanilla. Beat until thick enough to spread.
