Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs of pork ribs, bone in or boneless
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c, water
2 T brown sugar
2 T vinegar (apple cider)
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder (optional)
1 tsp Paprika (optional)
A few drops of Tabasco (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Season ribs with salt and pepper. Sear in 450º oven for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Reduce heat to 350º and cover with sauce. Continue roasting for 1½ hours more, basting ribs occasionally. If sauce gets too thick, add more water.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I sometimes have to remove the juice the ribs have produced before I cover them with the sauce, or the sauce will be much too thin. I increase the amount of brown sugar to a 1/4 cup, as I like my ribs sweet!
