1 pkg brat buns (6-8 buns, traditionally poppy seed)
2 pkgs of jumbo hot dogs (4 ct. each)
2 large dill pickles, cut into quarters
¼ large sweet onion, diced finely
sweet pickle relish
1 tomato, cut into slices, then cut slices in half
Pepperoncini peppers, sliced or whole
yellow mustard
celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or grill hot dogs. Assemble as follows: Spread mustard in hot dog bun, place hot dog in bun. Add diced onion and pickle relish on one side, place dill pickle spear on other side. Put 2 half slices of tomato along side hot dog, same side as relish and onion. Add pepperoncinis if desired. Sprinkle liberally with celery salt.
