2 T. gelatin
½ c. heavy cream
2-8 oz.package cream cheese
1 c. Splenda
3 t. lemon juice
1 T. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in cream and place over hot water until gelatin is liquefied.

Beat together the heavy cream, cream cheese, Splenda, lemon juice, grated lemon peel and vanilla. Beat 3 -4 minutes until light.

Fold whipped cream mixture into the liquefied gelatin until blended.

Butter a 10 inch spring form pan and coat it with gram cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until firm. About 8 hours.

Serve with strawberries.
