2 Cups bread flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tsp garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Cup and 5 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop the garlic
2. Add the flour into the bowl, then add salt and yeast to opposite sides
3. Add the garlic, olive oil, and water, then stir till well combined.
4. Knead until the dough passes the windowpane test, about 10 minutes
5. Oil the bowl
6. Shape the dough into a ball, place it into the bowl, and cover the bowl with cling film
7. Let the dough rise for 1 hour
8. Knock back the dough and shape it into a rectangle
9. Let it rise for another hour and a half
9.5 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit
10. Bake the bread for about 30 minutes

2. Combine it with the butter and salt
3. Cut your bread into your desired slices and cover them in the spread
4. Toast in the oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 9-10 minutes
