1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup starter (look for the sourdough starter and follow those directions for this ingredient)
1 ½ cup warm water
6 cups bread flour

Directions:
Directions:

Put flour in large bowl, add rest of ingredients. This makes a stiff batter. Grease large bowl & put kneaded dough into bowl. Cover & let set at room temperature overnight. Next morning punch down & knead a little. Divide into 3 parts, shape into loaves & put into loaf pan. Lightly grease, cover & let rise all day.
Bake at 250º for 30 minutes.
