1 lb hamburger or Turkey
1 onion chopped
2 tbl brown sugar
1 can kidney beans
2 stalks celery chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomato
1 tbl chili powder, or to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté hamburger and onions until brown. Add celery, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper and kidney beans. Let simmer until fully cooked. (1/2 hour to 1 hour, gets better with time).
