Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 baking potatoes
4 sticks of butter
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 qt. half and half
Salt
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes in a large pot until soft and easily pierced with a fork (45-60 minutes).
In a medium pot, melt the butter over low heat. Once the butter is completely melted, add the cream cheese. Cook until blended with the butter.
Once the cream cheese and butter are completely blended, add the sour cream and half and half, constantly stirring until the mixture is completely blended together.
In a large mixing bowl "mash" the potatoes. You can do this by hand or with a blender (I use a blender).
Slowly add the mixture to the mashed potatoes. Add as much as you like for the consistency of the potatoes you desire. I typically add enough where they may seem a bit thin but the potatoes will "set up" and be perfect in 20 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
