2 packages (16 oz.) frozen corn
8 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
4 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
¼ c. butter, cubed
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, saute corn with butter and chopped jalapeños. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper. Once cheese has melted, let simmer for 10 more minutes.

Depending on season and degree of spice, add more jalapeños if desired.
