8 chicken tenders or breast cutlets, flattened and cut in half.
2 3-ounce pkgs of cream cheese
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
16 slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Top each piece of chicken with 1 tsp of cream cheese and 1/4 tsp of jalapeno. Roll up each piece and wrap slice of bacon around it with a toothpick. Put on baking sheet and place in oven for 20 min, flipping halfway through.
You can also grill these.
