Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 1/3 Cup Lite Soy sauce
• ¼ Cup orange juice
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp onion power
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl large enough to hold all your chicken breasts. Marinade can be doubled, tripled, etc. Make enough to cover all the chicken.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or Cook outside on the grill (BEST).
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4” thickness. All breasts need to be the same thickness so they cook in the same amount of time. Marinate for 30 minutes to two hours (BEST).
Put chicken breasts on a sheet pan or cooking tray lined with parchment paper. If you do not have parchment paper, that’s ok but cleanup will be harder.
Cook 15-18 minutes. Check for doneness by pressing breasts to where they feel firm to the touch. Like a well done steak. Check early to prevent overcooking.
Eat immediately or cool and refrigerate for future use.
Optional: Serve topped with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms
