1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 tsp salf
1/8 tsp peeper
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in 1 1/2 quart sauce pan over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly; remove add milk. Put back on heat and bring to boil, simmer for at least 1 minute more.
