4 cloves garlic, minced
¾ pound ground chuck
¾ pound ground sausage
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
¼ dried bread crumbs
¼ grated parmesan cheese (preferably fresh)
1 egg
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a small skillet. Add garlic and sauté until softened. Throughly combine ground chuck and sausage with your hands. Add garlic. Next, add parsley, bread crumbs and cheese. Lastly, add the egg, combining all ingredients well. Season well with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet on medium, adding enough oil to cook the meatballs. Make small balls using your hands. Once placed in the pan, the brown the meatballs on all sides being sure to not overcrowd the pan. Add to your favorite sauce and enjoy!
