6 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and chopped. (Save 2 tbsp. for garnish)
2 - 3 tbsp. pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, minced
10 hard boiled eggs. (Add eggs to boiling water and cook for 12 minutes. Cool in cold water and ice.
3 ounces of cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp regular mustard
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper

Cut eggs in half and remove yolk to medium bowl, or bowl of a mixer. Mash the eggs well then add rest of ingredients, saving bacon pieces for garnish.
