8 C. Zucchini Noodles (about 4 large Zucchini)
4 oz Cherry Tomatoes
8 Oz Mozzeralla Pearls
1 Oz. Fresh Basil chopped

Dressing:
1/4 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 T. Red Wine Vinegar
1 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a large bowl
Whisk dressing ingredients into another bowl and toss together
Enjoy immediately or let refrigerate until ready to serve
