2 bacon slices
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 cup frozen petite peas
2 tbsp. whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan; crumble, and set aside.
2. Add onion and mushrooms to drippings in pan. Sauté 4 minutes or until tender. Add peas to pan; cook 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in cream, salt, papper and reserved bacon. Cook 1 minute or until sauce thickens.

Yield: 4 (3/4 cup) servings

Nutritional info: 163 calories, 8g fat (4g sat fat), 15g carbs, 5g fiber, 7g protein
