2 Cups flour
7 Tbsp bread flour
1 Tbsp yeast
2 Tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp basil
1/2 Cup pureed and strained tomatoes
5/6 Cups of water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Puree tomatoes till liquified
2. Put the tomato puree through a strainer to remove the seeds
3. Chiffonade basil (cut into ribbons)
4. Add all purpose and bread flour into a bowl put yeast and salt on opposite sides of the bowl
5. Add basil then pour in the tomato puree and water
6. Mix until well combined
7. Kneed for 10 minutes
8. Let rise in the bowl for 1 hour
9. Shape the dough into a long shape
10. Let it rise for another hour
11. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit
12. Bake or approximately 30 minutes, checking at 20 and 25 minutes as well, because ovens differ
