Apple mixture:
10 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Crisp mixture:
2 cups quick cooking oats
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups brown sugar, packed
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
2 tsps. ground cinnamon
1 cup butter, cubed and cold

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Prepare 9" x 13" pan with baking spray or butter. Place sliced apples in a bowl. Add brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir gently and make sure every piece of apple is covered in the sugar mixture. Set aside. Mix crisp mixture together in a bowl and press ⅔ of the mixture into a pan. Place apple mixture on top and sprinkle remaining crisp mixture on top and bake in prepared oven.
