Ingredients:
1 spaghetti squash
1 stick of butter
shredded cheddar cheese
bacon bits
salt and pepper or seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise. Clean out seeds. Place half of spaghetti squash on microwave safe plate. Cut stick of butter in half, lengthwise and place one half in each half of the squash.

Season squash with salt and pepper, or use a seasoning salt. We always use Johnny's.

Microwave one half of the squash for 12 minutes. Remove from microwave, test squash with fork for done-ness. It should be soft. Add cheese and bacon bits to squash and wrap in foil. Set aside. Microwave second half of squash, repeating the same steps. Let squash rest in foil for 10 minutes, open and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Spaghetti squash is delicious on its own, but this added to the experience!
