1 (3.4 oz) box of instant pistachio pudding
1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple with juice (do not drain)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pistachios (optional)
8 oz container of Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry pudding and can of pineapple with juice in medium tupperware bowl. Add marshmallows and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip until blended and chill in refrigerator.

Commonly referred to as Fluff in our house, also known formally as Watergate Salad. Some people make this with fruit cocktail as well.
