1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
2 T yellow mustard
2 T ketchup
2 T brown sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add ground beef and onion to frying pan. Season with salt and pepper. Brown ground beef, and drain excess fat when done. to the browned hamburger add remaining ingredients and bring to boil, reduce to simmer and let flavors marry, about 10 minutes.

I never make this as just one batch, I usually use at least 2 lbs of ground beef, and my kids have always like it better sweeter, so I add more like a 1/4 cup of brown sugar. You can definitely add cayenne, or other spices to this if you like a sweet and spicy blend! It's a very easy dish to manipulate, Just add buns or eat it on potato chips like I do!

Personal Notes:
Have loved this since I was little! Great for potluck, Mom always said Pastor Brown loved her Sloppy Joe because it was more Joe than Sloppy!
