½ cup chicken broth
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to boil. Remove from heat. Put the hot broth in blender with peanut butter, soy sauce and garlic. Blend until smooth. Add vinegar and sugar and blend until smooth. Add cilantro and pepper flakes. Use as a sauce or marinade.
