8 quarts popped corn
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups butter
½ cup Karo syrup
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil brown sugar, butter and Karo syrup for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix the soda, salt and cream of tartar in a cup. Add to brown sugar mixture mixing well. Stir into popcorn and put on cookie sheets. Bake for 1 hour at 200º.
