12 oz Brussel sprouts
1/2 c dried cranberries, chopped
1/3 c pecans, chopped

Vinaigrette
2T red wine vinegar
2 T Dijon mustard
1/4 t sea salt
1/8 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1 T honey
1/3 c olive oil (5-6T)

Directions:
Directions:
Shred Brussel sprouts. Place in large bowl and add pecans and cranberries. Prepare vinaigrette by combining vinegar and mustard, adding the spices. Next whisk in honey and slowly drizzle olive oil while mixing ingredients together. Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
