½ cup margarine 1 tsp. baking soda
½ cup vegetable oil ½ tsp. ground cloves
1¾ cup sugar ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
2 eggs 2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups shredded zucchini
½ cup soured milk(add 2 T. vinegar to milk & stir)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa ¾ cup(6 oz.) cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ tsp. baking powder ⅛ tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325̊. Spray 9x13 pan.
In a large bowl, cream together margarine, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and soured milk with electric mixer. Add cocoa and beat well. Add baking powder, salt, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon and flour. Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in zucchini. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 12 to 16 pieces.
